A native of Beaumont, Texas, Andre Pitre is an accomplished actor, singer and producer.  He isn’t satisfied with excelling in just one field. He was cast for stage in I Don’t Want to Do Wrong a play created and produced by the great Tyler Perry. He also starred in the BET original movie Heaven Ain’t Hard to Find written by Javon Johnson  and  Eugene  McDaniel,  and  the  touring  production  of  David  E.  Talbert’s masterpiece Love In The Nick Of Time alongside Morris Chestnut and Ellia English from The Jamie Foxx Show. He recently starred in Dana S. Hubbard’s Every Dog Has His Day and Never Play with a Woman’s Heart.

Performing in clubs and comedy shows alongside some of LA and Houston upper echelons of entertainment, Andre shared the musical stage with musical legends Jeffrey Osborne, Phil Perry, Morris Day and the Time, Frankie Beverly and Maze. As a native of Beaumont, Texas, Andre feels a strong connection to the community.  After completing his debut album, Andre released Can’t Keep Lone Star Down, written and produced by singer/songwriter Geoff Thurman, to raise funds to aid in the recovery from Hurricane Harvey. Andre also developed Tri-Wen Productions, a company based in Houston with actress, Charnele Brown from the NBC series A Different World. He worked as Musical Supervisor on Tri-Wen’s production of Love and Fire.

Andre is currently touring the hit play Changes. Andre also created and will be directing the musical Changes.
